How We Work

When you speak with us, we will ask you a series of questions about your broken appliance and explain what will be required to repair it.  If we need to visit your home for a consultation, we will schedule a day and time.  Emergency situations will have someone visit their home within 24 hours of their request.

We charge a $59.95 service fee to visit your home for an evaluation. This price covers a thorough inspection of your machine and consultation to discuss repair needs. 

Dryer Fire Information

Cleaning the inside of your dryer properly helps reduce the risk of fires. However, there are many other factors which add to the risk of a fire.  Lint is the biggest culprit.

When lint builds up on the heating element of the dryer, and other areas inside the dryer, it can cause it to overheat and start a fire.  Most people assume that their lint catcher traps
all the lint.  What they don't realize is that lint can trap itself inside the dryer.  This area must be cleaned by a professional to avoid a fire.
